Richard Sandra is knows as Ukraine’s “Little Hercules”. He started exercising at the age of 2 and at the age of 6 he started doing bench press 180lbs. A daily workout routine of 600 push-ups and 300 squats helped Richard maintains his form and ridiculously low body fat level of less than one percent. At 7 years old, Yang Jinlong definitely qualifies as one of the world’s strongest kid. Kids are at his age cannot lift their toy cycles but this boy weighs 110lbs larger for his age and can pull actual car. The 16 year old Russian student is a noted female powerlifter who wins competition wherever she goes. When she was just 15 year old, Maryana participated in the Arnold classic, a competition named after Arnold Schwarnegger. Now 15 years old, powerlifter began his journey to becoming one of the world’s strongest kids when he was 12. At 14 years of age, Jake entered a weight lifting competition in Pennsylvania. Weighing in at just 119lbs, he successfully squatted 225 lbs and bench pressed 205 lbs. But, where this teenager left his mark was in the dead lift competition. 4.Naomi Kutin

13 year old Naomi kutin is another record setting female weight lifter who shows that girl can be just as strong as the boys. At just 10 years old, she managed to do squat 215 lbs-more than twice her body weight, breaking a record previously held by someone four times older. Two years later in 2013, Naomi caught everyone’s attention when she managed to squat 231 lbs and deadlift 249 labs. 3.Varvara Akulova

Being the daughter of circus performers, Ukrainian Varvara has been listed in the Guinness book of world records and is often referred to as the strongest girl in the world. At just 4 years old she started lifting weights. By 10 she set a Guinness record by lifting 220 lbs before smashing that four years later with a massive 660lbs lift. These two Romanian brothers have so much energy, strength and ability that they can perform exercise moves that grown professionals would have trouble replicating. Giuliano recently made headlines when he posted a video of himself performing 90-Degree push ups.
